Education and experience:
Laszkiewicz began her artistic studies in Riga. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich and studied drawing and sculpture at L'Academie de la Grand Chaumiere (Bourdelle Studio), Paris, France. In 1951, she organized the Experimental Artistic Weaving Workshop of the Polish Association for Plastic Arts at her home in Warsaw.
